Registration fees include participation in scientific clinicians sessions, congress bag, program, all printed congress materials, invitation to the welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner.

* Non-tenured junior physicians. Registration form must be accompanied by documentation of residency, or a letter from the Department Head, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on the department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Congress.
For the invoices issued in PLN we use the exchange rate EUR 1 = PLN 4,50

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before March 31, 2024 - 100% refund (minus € 30 handling fee)
Postmarked from April 1, 2024 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after May 1, 2024
Liability
The Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Polish Toxins 2024 Congress. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
