Gdańsk has a humid continental climate with warm summers and no dry season. The month of May is characterized by rising daily high temperatures, with daily highs ranging from14°C to 18°C over the course of the month, exceeding 25°C or dropping below 8°C only one day in ten.

The time zone in Gdansk in May is Central European Summer Time (CEST, UTC +2h).

VISAS
Foreign citizens can enter Poland with valid passport and a visa or residence permit, unless otherwise stipulated by law or international agreement. Poland is a part of the Schengen zone since 2007. EU/EEA citizens do not need a passport to enter Poland, only a valid identity card. Kindly note that some countries maintain that all visitors hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date they are entering the foreign country.
